JANE – We’ve been coming here for 18 years because we love it here at the TRS @ Gulf Winds in St. Pete Beach Florida! We stay in a lovely condo, right by the swimming pool and across the street from the beach, which is a gorgeous walking beach on the gulf, soft white sand and tropical blue green water. We have received tremendous service from Teresa McGuiness, TRS rental manager extraordinaire! Through the years she has been extremely friendly and provided us assistance while being very professional and capable. I love vacationing here in St. Pete Beach and would highly recommend staying at the TRS @ Gulf Winds!
BARB DIEGEL – I feel compelled to send a not to all of you for the excellent service given to me and my family over the past 8-plus years. During this time I not only rent through you, but have my friend now wanting to stay at Gulf Winds. They too have rented units in this complex and are very pleased. I just tell them to call Teresa, and she always accommodates all of us in a pleasant and professional manner. Unfortunately, this year’s vacation was cut short, however, my friends and I will be back.
JUDY AND PAUL FINN – We are guests who have stayed at Gulf Winds since the 80’s, since our retirement in 2008 we have usually been visiting for a month twice a year May/October. This year COVID 2019 tragedy struck, our Government directed us not to travel. We were scared and devastated. We called Teresa at TRS/Gulf Winds, she was absolutely inundated with in-person guests and phone calls but she remained pleasant, kind, efficient and reassuring. She asked for patience and understanding while she tried to assist us. We cannot express enough our appreciation to TRS for refunding our prepayment and for the way in which Teresa conducted herself and assisted us. In our years of interaction with Teresa we has always found her to be an exceptional ambassador for TRS and she continues to be. Once again thank you….. you have been wonderful to your loyal customers and, when COVID is no longer a concern, we will most definitely come back. I’m sure you already know you have a great employee, Teresa McGuiness.
KAREN GIBSON – I’m a Gulf Winds owner (#901 since 1973) & live in a small house on St Pete Beach so I frequently rent units at Gulf Winds when my family members from Canada & California come to visit. The service has always been superb from both angles, as an owner & as a guest. My family & friends love staying at Gulf Winds & I’ve never heard a complaint. Teresa does a marvelous calm job of keeping the guests happy & TRS gets the rental deposits into my account right on the 10th every month. Any issues that occur with the condo are resolved quickly & as economically as possible. Much to my dismay, I had to cancel 2 large 2 bedroom rentals for family members during Easter week due to the Covid-19 virus & both times my credit card was refunded in just days. I was impressed & grateful for their kindness & efficiency while at the same time also feeling badly for the owners of those units. Gulf Winds is such a great value for all of us with the beach & the Paradise Grille right across the street & the whole complex constantly maintained so well.
Rick and Tammy Bruns – My husband and I wanted to take a moment to thank Teresa McGuiness at Gulf Winds and TRS for helping us maneuver through rescheduling our vacation plans. We have stayed at Gulf Winds multiple times and have always enjoyed the stay and the property. Teresa has always been helpful, kind, and accommodating.
Through this unusual circumstance, we were unable to keep our reservation for spring break and were uncertain how the cancellation would play out. Teresa worked with us to get new dates for 2021, and we could not be more pleased with her customer service.
